What We Do

Our Involvement with the Student Athlete and Parents follows three phases:

Interview, Assessment and Orientation

Development Program

Athlete Promotion and Marketing Services

Personal Orientation and Interview:

We get to know you and you get to know us

We provide information and answer questions

We begin developing a student athlete profile

Academic Assessment and Guidance

We review and assess academic transcripts to ensure the student athletic is on the correct academic path and taking the correct courses

We identify academic areas that may require improvement

We may recommend a particular course of action including possible extra tutoring

We may refer the student athlete to an individual tutor or to a tutoring service

We monitor the student athlete's academic progress on a monthly basis

We may recommend a change to the student's academic profile

Athletic Evaluation and Guidance

We evaluate the athlete's ability both in game situations and on tape

We identify areas that require improvement and recommend a course of action

Following the Academic Assessment and Athletic Evaluation, if we believe the student athlete has the potential to qualify academically and athletically, we will proceed to the next stage.

If, however, we do NOT believe the student athlete qualifies

- we will tell you right up front.

Not everyone qualifies for the NSAAC.

We will be Realistic with and tell you the Truth.

We firmly believe in Integrity and Honesty.

Development Planning

If we agree that the student athlete qualifies for the NSAAC, we immediately begin to work with the student athlete and parents to develop an Action Plan

We require that our student athletes sign a Commitment Contract with their parents committing them to stay with the plan.

Progress Monitoring

We constantly monitor the student athlete's progress and provide feedback and advice to both the student athlete and the parents

We provide ongoing motivation and support

We offer a Mentoring Program by former athletes and coaches

Marketing, Promotion and Recruiting

We manage and direct the complete recruiting process, including:

NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearing House registration assistance

SAT preparation and application

We ensure the student athlete targets the appropriate universities

We develop a Personal Profile and send it to the selected university coaches and recruiting coordinators

Each student athlete is provided with their own web page on the NSAAC website

We develop a personalized video Skills Assessment Profile and make it available on-line on their individual web page

We provide online email marketing to universities and colleges

We identify university coaches' needs and "match-up" our clients with them.

We take a proactive approach

Recruiting advice and support

Once the recruiting process begins, we counsel and advise the student athlete:

Our goal to find the "right fit" for each client based on their academic and athletic goals and aspirations.

We are realistic.

We advise in the choice of official visits

We ensure the student athlete does not contravene any of the NCAA recruiting regulations

We advise about the National Letter of Intent

We provide advice about scholarship details and financial offers
