Overview

Giovanni is an outstanding multi-sport student athlete with a solid 3.50 GPA.

At 6' 3, 175# Giovanni is developing into an impressive looking athlete and we project him to be in the 6' 5" - 215# range by the time he graduates in June 2013.

He is a very gifted and versatile athlete who is equally at home on the football field, basketball court, or when competing in a variety of events in track and field.

Returning from a broken collar bone, Giovanni had a late start to the 2010-2011 Jr Varsity basketball season but when he was able to compete he made an immediate difference to his team and a mediocre team became competitive overnight.

Giovanni was selected to play for British Columbia as a member of the U-15  team which won the Bronze Medal at the National Championships in August 2010.

Giovanni displays a high degree of self-confidence without being cocky and is respected by his peers and coaches alike.  He has a burning desire to win and be successful and takes losing very hard.

Away from the athletic arena, Giovanni is very involved in his school community where he is involved in various programs and initiatives such as: soup kitchen volunteer; Think Fast volunteer; score-keeping & time-keeping; summer camp coach; elementary school teaching assistant; and acting as a peer tutor.

He has a cheerful personality and is comfortable conversing with adults as well as his peers.

Giovanni's goal is play at the highest level possible while pursuing a career in law or business.

With his current rate of development we rank Giovanni as a Top  Prospect in 2013.
