Overview

Reiner is an outstanding student athlete who excels in several sports as well as in the classroom.

At 6' 5", 185# ,  Reiner is still growing and we project him to be in the 6' 6", 210# range when he graduates in 2011.

Off the court Reiner is very personable with a quick sense of humor and equally at ease communicating with his peers and adults.  He is very self-confident without being cocky or self-centered. He is very coachable and he is a team player.

Reiner is extremely athletic and has a great feel for the game.  He has excellent vision of the court and anticipates well. He has quick feet and excellent body control.

Defensively, he is an aggressive re-bounder and hits the outlet pass well.  Offensively, he can take the ball to the hoop aggressively but can pull up and shoot from the outside. He moves the ball well and is an accurate passer.

He displays a high degree of competitiveness and has a burning desire to succeed in whatever he does.  He displays a strong ability to lead and he leads by example.

Reiner will play for the U-17 Team BC in 2010 which will be competing in the National Championship in Winnipeg in August as well as several other high performance tournaments during the summer, notably: Western Canada Invitational at SFU (July 2-4); the Northwest Premier Showcase in Seattle (July 9-10); Nike Swoosh Ultimate Showcase Tournament in Las Vegas (July 21-25).

We have no doubt that Reiner will be very heavily recruited when he graduates in 2011.

A Blue Chip Prospect.
