Versus inside run:

Steps up hard to fill the hole.....very physical.....can take on blocks and shed quickly

Versus outside run:

Can ward off a block......has the speed to get to the sideline......takes good angles in pursuit

Blitz/pass rush:

Is both a power rusher and a finesse rusher depending on the opponent......uses his hands well......has excellent feet.

Key and diagnose:

Reads and reacts quickly......gets a good jump on ball.....has very good football instincts

Lateral pursuit:

Gets over trash well.......has loose hips.......can chase sideline to sideline

Tackling:

Wrap up well.....tackles low and high depending on the circumstances......tackles with power....makes an impact.....is able to drag down.....is very strong and  punishing.....loves to hit

Hands:

Has excellent concentration on easy and tough catches.....has soft hands.....does not body catch too often......snatches the ball when thrown outside his frame

Patterns:

His cuts are sharp and crisp and shows good body control

Receive Long and Short:

Has the ability to accelerate to the ball in the air.....has the ability to find soft spots and uses his body to be a possession receiver.....can stretch the field and go deep

Run After Catch:

He is a threat to score every time he touches  the ball.....makes catches in stride......is elusive in tight and open space

Blocker:

Block and  finishes well and gets good results.....sustains his blocks on the backside....always looks to block in the open field

Release:

Avoids the jam at the line of scrimmage....is not often held up or thrown off his routes.....is physical

React to Ball and Crowd:

Comes over the middle and catches the ball in traffic and when defended well....... is tough enough to hang on to the ball and take a hit.........will extend to catch the jump ball

Initial Quickness:

Has good acceleration.......can kick it into an extra gear
