Overview

Offensively, Cole is an impact player from his running back position and he has the ability to score from anywhere on the field.

He displays exceptional speed and vision of the field and can make tacklers miss. He has a great change-of-pace and, once in the open field, has the ability to accelerate away from potential pursuers.  He shows outstanding toughness and great second effort.  He can take a hit and has excellent ball protection skills.

Defensively, he has very quick feet and closes to the ball well.  He is always around the ball.  He displays good "jumps" and very good hand-eye coordination.  He maintains good pursuit angles and again loves to hit.  He is a sure tackler and wraps well.  His tackling technique is excellent and he brings hit feet with him on contact.

Off the field, Cole is a very pleasant and mature young man.  When talking to you he looks you right in the eyes.

He is a team player and an acknowledged leader on his team.  He has strong convictions and is very goal oriented....once he makes his mind up to do something, he does it.
