Athletic & Personal Profile

Primary Sports:  Football

Other Sports: Rugby

Overview

Entering his Grade 12 year, Keane is a real leader of the Seaquam Seahawks. Offensively he starts at Receiver and starts at Safety on defense.

Offensively Keane is one of the most gifted receivers we have seen in several years in BC high school football.  His fundamental skills are exceptional which he combines with excellent  knowledge of the game.

He runs excellent routes and has exceptional focus and hand/eye coordination.  He has the ability to pick the ball out of the air with soft hands.  He sells out to make catches and has excellent game speed after the reception.

Defensively, he anticipates well from the free safety position and is a play-maker.  His reads and recognition are outstanding and he combine s this with  range and the game speed to cover a lot of ground.  He is very physical and very durable and is the hardest hitter on the team

In short, he is a player whether on offense or defense.

We expect Keane to be in the 5' 11", 185#  range when he graduates in 2011.

Off the field Keane continues to work hard to improve his academic standing and has made the commitment to put the same effort into academics as he does with his athletic pursuits.

Keane is intending to study sciences but is undecided about a career choice following university possibly leaning towards law enforcement or the fire department.

We believe Keane will be a Blue Chip prospect at graduation.
