Overview

Marti is an outstanding athlete from a family of outstanding athletes.

Her three  brothers and two sisters all played at the university and college level in various sports.  Older brothers Tim (football) and Vinnie (basketball) went on to star at Simon Fraser University and basketball at the University of Manitoba respectively, while sisters Chrissy (basketball) and Monni (basketball& soccer) went on to Kwantlen College and Malaspina College and brother Denny (basketball) recently signed with the University of North Dakota.

While Marti excels in several sports (basketball, cross country etc)  it is on the soccer field where she dominates.  Whether from the forward or mid-field position she controls the game and has the ability to be an impact player by scoring herself or by setting up scoring opportunities for her teammates.

An excellent student, Marti displays a real passion for success both in the classroom and on the sports field.  Having grown up as the youngest in a family of athletes she knows how to compete!

She is a perennial All Star and leading scorer for all the teams she plays for whether soccer, basketball or cross country.

In addition to playing for her high school soccer team, Marti plays in the Metro League (the highest level of soccer in BC) with the Burnaby Titans and during the summer she has been selected to play for Mountain FC - an elite development program run by the Vancouver Whitecaps.

We believe Marti will be a tremendous asset to any university that recruits her.

A  Blue Chip Prospect.
