Overview

Dylan is entering his Grade 12 year at Hugh Boyd Secondary and will be playing his third year for the Varsity.

Dylan is very good offensive and defensive lineman who has huge potential.  Physically he is still growing and maturing and his body shape has really changed in the past 12 months.  He is working very hard at being the best he can be.   He admits that he did not spend as much time on his academics last year as he did on athletics and it has been a huge wake-up call for him.  He has made a commitment to put the same effort into both academics and athletics in his Grade 12 year and we have no doubt he will achieve his goal of graduating with a better than 80% average.  He is attending summer school in order to improve his Grade 11 marks.

Dylan is a very likeable young man and display a real desire to improve every aspect of his life.  Away from the football field Dylan volunteers as an assistant coach in minor football and also is involved in leadership programs at his school and in the community.

Dylan has a big upside - at 6' 4" 265# he has not come close to his potential and we project him to be in the 6' 5" 275# range when he graduates in 2012.

Dylan has been named to the 2011 AA  Southern Conference All Star team (offensive line).

An excellent prospect.
